Product can be searched in our website using our Search utility in Home page. Type in the name of the product you are looking for. Application will list the product if it is present in our database or it will list all the products with the similar names if you partially type in the product name in Search Utility.
Products can also be searched based on the category of the product by clicking on “Product by Category” link, OR based on product type by clicking on “Product by Type” link OR based on publisher name if you know the name of the Publisher by clicking on “Products by Publisher” link. With the above said links, you have to find the product you want, from the listing of the products you see on the screen, when you click on these links.
There is also A-Z listing of the products based on the Category, Type and Publisher names. If you use this option, click on the corresponding alphabets to view the listing of the product. You can also simply view all the products with us in A-Z listing.

Step 1
If you are already registered on the site then logon using your email address and password. If you are a new user, then please click on “Register” link on the top of the page and submit the new user registration form.
Step 2
Choose the product you would like to buy from us and Click on the “Pricing” link. This will take you to the Pricing Section of the product.
Step 3
Click "Add to Cart" from the Pricing Section. Product is then added to your cart.
Step 4
Enter the number of licenses you required to the cart and hit "Recalculate" to get the licenses and prices updated in the Cart. Refer Item Quantities for more information on updating quantities.
Step 5
If you would like to add more items to the cart, Click “Continue Shopping” and follow steps 2-4.
Step 6
If you are done shopping, Please check the details in the cart and click “Create Quote” button if you would like to place a quotation with us else click on “Place Order” button. If you are placing the order after creating quotation, Click on “Place Order” button on selected quote page and proceed with the steps 7-9.
Step 7
You can have a pending order with us, for that click on “Save Order”. Your order will be saved in our database for 30 days.
You can place an order with us and continue payment by clicking on “Save Order and Pay now” button. Proceed with the Payment Options like “Buying using paypal” or “Buying using credit card” for immediate purchase. Find out more about our other Payment Options.
Step 8
Check that your delivery and invoice details are correct. Please note that the tax applied to your order may vary according to a number of factors: these include your own address, the registration / delivery address for your products, and the type of products purchased. Where applicable, tax is calculated and rounded at a per-unit level. Complete your payment details. Your order will then be processed.

Click the "Invoices" from the Menu and click on “Your Purchase Order No.” to view you order summary.

To register, click on "Register" at the top right hand corner of the screen. Provide the details asked for and select the “Submit” button. After registering, you can Login to our application and visit the product catalog, buy a product or update your personal details.
You can update your personal details by going to "Profile" in the "My Account" section.
To create an online price quotation, which is valid for 5 days, add the product(s) you wish to purchase to your Cart and click "Create Quote" button.
Enter the name or reference for the quote you want to create in the box provided and hit "OK". If you do not wish to save the quote at this time, hit "cancel" and the products will remain in your Cart.
Once the quote has been saved, a Quote ID will be applied to it, which you can reference in any correspondence with us.
You can amend the "Billing address" and/or "Shipping address" details as required by clicking on the "Modify" button. Once you have made the necessary changes, select "Submit" to save them. Please note the tax applied to your order may vary according to a number of factors: these include your address, the registration / delivery address for your product(s), and the type of product purchased. If you need to add any notes to the quote for your reference, type these into the "Your Notes:" field and hit the "Save Notes" button.
All our quotes are valid as pro-forma invoices and can be used to make a payment for an order.
If you decide not to keep the quote for any reason, you can cancel it by selecting the "Delete Quote" button.
If you want a copy of your quote then click on “Email Quote” button. A copy of your quote will be send to your e-mail address provided.
If you want to continue with the payment option, click on “Place order” button or on “Buy on Account” button, if you have a Corporate Account with us.
Click on “Back to Quote Page” link to go back to your quotation page.
To place an order for items from your Cart, either click on “Place Order” button if you wish to buy on invoice or Select the "Buy on Account" button if you have an account with SISPL (Read about our corporate purchase payment option).
You can also follow the above method soon after adding each product to the Cart.
Check the no: of licenses for all the products and proceed for creating quote or buying the product.
If you want to delete all the Items from the Cart, Click on “Remove All Products from the Cart” link.
Your Billing and Shipping Address can be same as registration address at the time of Quote Creation and Order Creation or different as required by you. You also have the provision to update these addresses in created Quote as well as in Saved Order before payment. Click on the “Modify” link on the corresponding pages provided below the Billing Address and Shipping Address.
Your can use the options “Email” or “Courier”, for your method for delivering the product to the shipping address provided while Order creation.
You can also print a copy of your Invoice by following the below instructions:
1. Log on and click on "My Account".
2. Select "My Invoices".
3. Choose the”Your Purchase Order No” for which you want the receipt.
4. Select “Print invoice". This is also a valid Proof of Purchase.

Q. I would like to review my order history - How can I do that? A. To review your order history, logon then go to "My Account" and select "Recently shipped Orders” in the Order section. You will be able to view all your completed orders and access each of your orders by clicking on the Order ID.
Q. I would like to review my Invoices - How can I do that? A. To review your invoices, logon then go to "My Account" and select "My Invoices” in the Invoice section. You will be able to view all your Invoices and access each of your orders by clicking on the PO Number.

To modify your billing or shipping address, click on Orders from the Main menu and select Your Purchase Order No. Click on the Modify button under billing or shipping address, whichever you want to modify and update.

If the Customer requests a return product & cancel license after delivery , SISPL reserves the right to reject the request OR accept it only if the Publisher has a refund policy. The Customer warrants that it shall not solicit whether directly or indirectly SISPL’s personnel for a minimum period of six months after such personnel leave the employment of SISPL except with the express written permission of SISPL. In the event that the Customer engages any of SISPL’s personnel, the Customer shall pay an introductory fee of 26 weeks, or the equivalent, of the engaged person’s remuneration. The above shall not seek to prevent SISPL’s personnel responding to a bona fide advertisement.

SISPL shall grant to the Customer only such rights in connection with any Goods that are software and the copyright and other intellectual property rights relating thereto as it shall be licensed to grant pursuant to the terms upon which the owner licenses SISPL thereof. The Customer shall only be entitled to sub-licence such software to its end user customers using the standard form license supplied by SISPL.
