Product can be searched in our website using our Search utility in Home page. Type in the name of the product you are looking for. Application will list the product if it is present in our database or it will list all the products with the similar names if you partially type in the product name in Search Utility.

Products can also be searched based on the category of the product by clicking on “Product by Category” link, OR based on product type by clicking on “Product by Type” link OR based on publisher name if you know the name of the Publisher by clicking on “Products by Publisher” link. With the above said links, you have to find the product you want, from the listing of the products you see on the screen, when you click on these links.

There is also A-Z listing of the products based on the Category, Type and Publisher names. If you use this option, click on the corresponding alphabets to view the listing of the product. You can also simply view all the products with us in A-Z listing.

Follow the steps below to place an order for any of the products, which is in SISPL website.

Step 1
If you are already registered on the site then logon using your email address and password. If you are a new user, then please click on “Register” link on the top of the page and submit the new user registration form.

Step 2
Choose the product you would like to buy from us and Click on the “Pricing” link. This will take you to the Pricing Section of the product.

Step 3
Click "Add to Cart" from the Pricing Section. Product is then added to your cart.

Step 4
Enter the number of licenses you required to the cart and hit "Recalculate" to get the licenses and prices updated in the Cart. Refer Item Quantities for more information on updating quantities.

Step 5
If you would like to add more items to the cart, Click “Continue Shopping” and follow steps 2-4.

Step 6
If you are done shopping, Please check the details in the cart and click “Create Quote” button if you would like to place a quotation with us else click on “Place Order” button. If you are placing the order after creating quotation, Click on “Place Order” button on selected quote page and proceed with the steps 7-9.

Step 7
You can have a pending order with us, for that click on “Save Order”. Your order will be saved in our database for 30 days.

OR

You can place an order with us and continue payment by clicking on “Save Order and Pay now” button. Proceed with the Payment Options like “Buying using paypal” or “Buying using credit card” for immediate purchase. Find out more about our other Payment Options.

Step 8
Check that your delivery and invoice details are correct. Please note that the tax applied to your order may vary according to a number of factors: these include your own address, the registration / delivery address for your products, and the type of products purchased. Where applicable, tax is calculated and rounded at a per-unit level. Complete your payment details. Your order will then be processed.

Click the "Invoices" from the Menu and click on “Your Purchase Order No.” to view you order summary.

Registering on our Web site and gaining access is simple.

To register, click on "Register" at the top right hand corner of the screen. Provide the details asked for and select the “Submit” button. After registering, you can Login to our application and visit the product catalog, buy a product or update your personal details.

You can update your personal details by going to "Profile" in the "My Account" section.

Use our online system to create price quotations, which are valid for 5 days.

To create an online price quotation, which is valid for 5 days, add the product(s) you wish to purchase to your Cart and click "Create Quote" button.

Enter the name or reference for the quote you want to create in the box provided and hit "OK". If you do not wish to save the quote at this time, hit "cancel" and the products will remain in your Cart.

Once the quote has been saved, a Quote ID will be applied to it, which you can reference in any correspondence with us.

You can amend the "Billing address" and/or "Shipping address" details as required by clicking on the "Modify" button. Once you have made the necessary changes, select "Submit" to save them. Please note the tax applied to your order may vary according to a number of factors: these include your address, the registration / delivery address for your product(s), and the type of product purchased. If you need to add any notes to the quote for your reference, type these into the "Your Notes:" field and hit the "Save Notes" button.

If you decide not to keep the quote for any reason, you can cancel it by selecting the "Delete Quote" button.

If you want a copy of your quote then click on “Email Quote” button. A copy of your quote will be send to your e-mail address provided.

If you want to continue with the payment option, click on “Place order” button or on “Buy on Account” button, if you have a Corporate Account with us.

Your Quotation can be send to your e-mail id provided. Just click on “Email Quote” button after creating the quote. A copy of your quotation will be send to your e-mail address provided.

Click on “Back to Quote Page” link to go back to your quotation page.

You can place an order directly from your Cart without creating a Quote or from the Saved quote. Items saved in a quote can be purchased within 30 days at the saved price.

To place an order for items from your Cart, either click on “Place Order” button if you wish to buy on invoice or Select the "Buy on Account" button if you have an account with SISPL (Read about our corporate purchase payment option).

Once you finish adding the products you need to purchase to your Cart, Go to the “Qty” field against each product and update the amount of licenses you require. Click “Recalculate” button for the Qty to be updated in your Cart.

You can also follow the above method soon after adding each product to the Cart.

Check the no: of licenses for all the products and proceed for creating quote or buying the product.

If you want to remove items from the Cart, Click on “Remove Item” link against each product you want to delete.

If you want to delete all the Items from the Cart, Click on “Remove All Products from the Cart” link.

Usually it takes Standard shipping time i.e. 1-3 working days for the electronic delivery/download products to reach you by e-mail. For media products, wherever mandatory, it will be 3 to 6 weeks depending on the Publishers delivery period for Indian Customers. For International customers usually it takes Standard shipping time i.e. 1-3 working days for the electronic delivery/download products to reach you by e-mail. For media delivery, it will be 1 to 3 weeks depending on your location. The media Product will be couriered to your Shipping Address by courier. The invoice copies also will be sent by e-mail.

Your Billing and Shipping Address can be same as registration address at the time of Quote Creation and Order Creation or different as required by you. You also have the provision to update these addresses in created Quote as well as in Saved Order before payment. Click on the “Modify” link on the corresponding pages provided below the Billing Address and Shipping Address.

Your can use the options “Email” or “Courier”, for your method for delivering the product to the shipping address provided while Order creation.

1.Orders

• There shall be no binding agreement between the Customer and SISPL until the Customer's order has been accepted in Writing by SISPL and signed by an authorized signatory. Any prior indications by SISPL shall be provisional only.
• All orders must be placed using the standard format specified by SISPL and request delivery up to 90 days of the order issue date. Orders must in any event comply with the prevailing SISPL ordering procedures.
• All orders are accepted subject to the availability of Goods and to these conditions. No terms or conditions put forward by the Customer shall be binding on SISPL.
• The Customer accepts that these conditions and any specific details stated on its accepted order constitute the entire understanding between parties and supersede any prior promise, representation, undertaking or understanding of any kind.
• If the Customer requests a change or cancellation of an order, SISPL reserves the right to reject the change or cancellation OR accept it and charge 10% of the order value ,before delivery.
• No cancellation will be accepted in respect of orders for items not normally stocked by SISPL. Any such items would specifically ordered for the Customer and will be held by SISPL at the Customer's risk and the Customer shall insure accordingly.

2.Prices

• Unless otherwise expressly agreed in Writing the Goods shall be sold and invoiced at SISPL's current prices at the date of dispatch. Catalogues, web site, price lists, videos and other advertising material are provided for illustrative purposes only.
• Unless otherwise agreed in Writing prices do not include delivery and taxes (if any) and such costs shall be payable by and invoiced to the Customer.
• All quotations are valid only on the date given and all quotations and prices are based on details provided by the Customer and do not apply where the Customer alters the details on which such quotations and prices are based. SISPL reserves the right to charge for any omission or additional cost arising from the provision of inaccurate or insufficient information by the Customer and to revise prices to take into account increases in any costs of providing the Goods which occurs between the date of quotation and delivery.
• Any typographical clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or document or information produced by SISPL shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of SISPL.

3.Delivery

• Delivery shall be at the Customer's premises or, if different, the place specified in the Customer's order.
• SISPL will deliver as near as possible to the delivery premises as safe hard road permits and to the ground floor only of such premises. The Customer shall provide at its own expense the labor for unloading and the Customer shall unload with reasonable dispatch. Where such labor is not made available SISPL shall be entitled to charge the cost of labor in unloading. Damage caused due to inadequate delivery access or careless unloading shall be at the Customer's risk.
• Dates and times quoted by SISPL are estimates only and any delay in meeting delivery dates shall not give rise to a right to cancel the order or to claim damages.
• The Customer shall note any claim for short delivery and/or damage to components or packaging on the delivery schedule at the time of delivery and shall confirm such claims in Writing to SISPL within 7 days from the date of delivery. All Goods are deemed delivered and completed if such notice is not received within such period.
• SISPL reserves the right to make part deliveries. Any request by the Customer for SISPL to delay or split delivery may result in a stockholding charge and any additional cost incurred by the Customer, which shall insure accordingly.
• Subject to clause , the Goods shall pass on delivery or collection by the Customer or its agent, whichever is the earlier.
• SISPL shall be entitled to assume that any person signing a delivery note in respect of the Goods on behalf of the Customer or the Customer's customer (if SISPL has agreed to deliver direct) appearing or claiming to have authority to accept delivery on behalf of the Customer or the Customer's customer (as the case may be) shall in fact have the authority.

4.Warranty

The warranty depends on the policies of corresponding publisher of each product.

5.Returns

If the Customer requests a return product & cancel license after delivery , SISPL reserves the right to reject the request OR accept it only if the Publisher has a refund policy. In such cases of returns, after applying deductions if any as the refund policy of the publisher , an additional 25% will be deducted & balance will be paid.We will abide by Australian Consumer Law in the instance of major faults/defects

6.Trademarks, Patents and Copyrights

• The Customer recognises the publisher's ownership of and title to all trademarks, service marks, trade names, patents, copyright and other intellectual property rights.
• The Customer will take no action to violate, obliterate, remove, alter, conceal or misuse any such marks, trade name or copyright notice.
• The Customer will promptly notify SISPL if it becomes aware of any infringement of such intellectual property rights by any third party and shall provide its reasonable assistance to SISPL and/or the publisher in connection with any resultant proceedings.

7.Confidential Information

• SISPL may from time to time impart to the Customer certain confidential information of a commercially sensitive or technical nature and the Customer hereby agrees that it will use such information solely for the purpose of this Agreement and that it shall not disclose such information whether directly or indirectly to any third party.
• SISPL may use cookies on this website to log you into the system, remember your shopping cart items and to enable automatic logging in for repeat visitors.

8.Staff

The Customer warrants that it shall not solicit whether directly or indirectly SISPL’s personnel for a minimum period of six months after such personnel leave the employment of SISPL except with the express written permission of SISPL. In the event that the Customer engages any of SISPL’s personnel, the Customer shall pay an introductory fee of 26 weeks, or the equivalent, of the engaged person’s remuneration. The above shall not seek to prevent SISPL’s personnel responding to a bona fide advertisement.

9.Software Licensing

SISPL shall grant to the Customer only such rights in connection with any Goods that are software and the copyright and other intellectual property rights relating thereto as it shall be licensed to grant pursuant to the terms upon which the owner licenses SISPL thereof. The Customer shall only be entitled to sub-licence such software to its end user customers using the standard form license supplied by SISPL.

10.Export Controls

The Customer acknowledges that the Goods may be subject to India and local government export controls. Where these apply it is the Customer's sole responsibility to obtain authorisation from the appropriate authorities before re-exporting the Goods from the country of purchase.

11.Severability

• If and to the extent that any provision or any part of these Conditions is deemed to be illegal void or unenforceable for any reason then such provision or part thereof (as the case may be) shall be deemed to be severed from the remaining provisions or parts of the relevant provisions (as the case may be) all of which remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• In particular, should any limitation of SISPL's liability contained in these Conditions be held to be illegal void or unenforceable under any applicable statute or rule of law it shall to that extent only be deemed severed here from, but, if SISPL thereby becomes liable for any loss or damage, such liability shall be subject to all other relevant limitations contained in these Conditions.

12.Records

• The Customer shall maintain complete and accurate records of all Goods sold or returned or traded in and the names and addresses of all persons to whom software has been sub-licensed.
• The Customer shall provide such activity reports in connection with the sale and sub-licensing of Goods as SISPL shall reasonably request from time to time.

13.Force Majeure

• SISPL shall not be liable to the Customer on any account whatsoever in the event that SISPL is prevented from fulfilling its obligations hereunder due in whole or in part to an event of force majeure which expression shall mean:
  • act of God, fire, flood, storm, power failure, reduction of power supplies, mechanical failure or lack shortage of materials or stock or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of SISPL; and
  • SISPL or any other party or any action taken by SISPL in connection therewith or in consequence or furtherance thereof.
• In such event SISPL may at its option either suspend performance or cancel the contract in question or so much of it as remains unperformed without liability for any loss without prejudice to SISPL's rights to receive payment of the price of all Goods previously delivered.

14.Configuration

• SISPL will configure and install Goods to the specification provided by the Customer at the time of order at such rates as it notifies to the Customer from time to time.
• SISPL will use reasonable care and skill in performing such installation/configuration and will perform such services within a reasonable time.
• In the event the Customer changes the specification for such installation/configuration SISPL reserves the right to require payment for implementing such changes at rates notified to the Customer from time to time.

15.Distribution Agreement

• SISPL agrees with the Customer that it will comply with the obligations imposed on it by any agreement with any publisher relating to the Goods.
• The Customer indemnifies SISPL against all costs claims expenses demands and penalties suffered or incurred by SISPL as a result of a breach of the Customer's obligations under any such agreement, such as but not limited to, sub-licensing of software, copyright and warranty provisions.

16.General

• All Goods are manufactured for standard commercial uses and are not intended to be sold or licensed for use in critical safety systems or in nuclear applications mass transportation and aviation applications.
• The Customer may not assign or transfer any of its rights, duties and obligations without the written consent of SISPL.
• No variation to these Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in Writing by an authorised representative of SISPL.
• No waiver by SISPL of any breach of the Contract by the Customer shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

17.Liability

• SISPL shall not in any circumstances whatsoever be liable for indirect or consequential loss including but not limited to loss of profits loss of data or use and shall have no liability for any claim based upon the combination operation or use of any Goods with equipment data or programming not supplied by SISPL or based upon a modification of the Goods with equipment data or programming not supplied by SISPL or based upon a modification of the Goods.
• The Customer is relying on his own skill and judgement in relation to the suitability and compatibility of the Goods for his purposes and SISPL accepts no liability whatsoever for any knowledge he or his servants or agents may possess as to the purpose for which the Goods are supplied.
• Any action against SISPL must be bought no later than 18 months after the Customer becomes aware that a cause of action has arisen.

18.Relationship

The relationship between the Customer and SISPL shall be as buyer and seller and nothing contained herein shall be deemed to create a partnership or agency.

19.Law

These conditions shall be construed according to the laws of India and the Customer and SISPL submit to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the Indian Courts in connection with any dispute or proceedings arising out of any contract incorporating these Conditions.

As soon as your payment has been authorized, we simultaneously notify the Publisher about the products you have purchased together with your name and address. We only pass on your email address to the Publisher if the product you have purchased is a subscription-based product with periodic updates.
